Returns Policy

For your complete peace of mind, Love Shapewear offer a full returns policy valid for 30 days from date of shipping. If you need to exchange or return an item, then please follow the instructions below: 

General Return Notes

For hygienic purposes, when trying on any garments please ensure that you do so over your own underwear. Do not remove any labels, tags or accessories until you are happy with you purchase. Failure to follow this will more than likely result in us not accepting you return.

If you request a refund, then any postage charges you incurred will also be returned unless you have chosen the Next Day or International shipping services and in this instance, we will refund only the item cost. We recommend that you return items by a trackable method and these costs will be your responsibility unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part.

Please fill in this form detailing your Name, Order number and Reason for return and details of the exchange were required. We also recommend that you use a signed for service since we can not be held responsible for returns not received.

Exchange Process

Upon receipt of your unwanted item and the completed exchange form, we will begin to process this as a normal order and you can expect to be in receipt of exchange within 7 working days.

Refunds

In the event that you require a refund, then subject to acceptance we will issue this to the payment method originally used within 14 days of receipt of return.
